FAHMIDA RIAZ is a noted Pakistani feminist and a published poet. She is also the author of a highly acclaimed novella Godaavari. Her most recent work is a volume of short stories, Khatt-e Marmuz. She is at present Director, Urdu Dictionary Board, Karachi.
